Sales & Marketing

As a Sales & Marketing professional in our textile knitting company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of knitted textile products to potential costumers and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our R&D and production teams to understand product specifications and market trends, developing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. Strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  2. Identifying and targeting new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  4. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  5. Collaborating with R&D and production teams to understand product capabilities and specifications.
  6. Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  7. Creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
  8. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  9. Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.
  10. Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

 

Criteria

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of textile manufacturing processes and products, including knitted fabrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure deals and contracts with customers.
  • Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the textile industry.
  • Sales Strategy: Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
